People Like Us Stockport (or PLUS for short) is a social group for the local Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Trans community.

We hold open, friendly, informal meetings on the second Wednesday of every month in the Arden Arms on Millgate. In addition, we have an exercise group that runs regular walks and occasionally run various other events.

We also plan trips to films and plays, visit the Gay Village, join in Pride parades and organise a programme of local events during LGBT History Month. All of our meetings and events are open for everyone to join in. So if you enjoy a laugh and meeting all sorts of different people then please get involved.
